FAQs - Roster

The club is making available additional ice time to help make up for missed weeks. Refunds will not be given for the December 19 - January 30 shut down.

We are not offering refunds at this time. Some refunds / leave of absences may be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact the HPC office in writing if you are requesting a refund based on medical grounds.
Yes, all members in good standing for the 2021/22 season will receive team and section status, where applicable, for the 2022/23 season. 
For team-based leagues, it is the team’s responsibility to replace team members. We suggest working with the section spare list to fill the spot. Please notify the office and your section committee of any roster changes. 
You may choose to play with three people, or find week to week spares. Please contact your section committee if there are any playoff rules to consider. 

FAQs - Fees

Prize funds were set at the beginning of the season by each section. Any unused funds will be carried over to next year. 
The Board has decided to carry over any remaining balance from the first half of the season to the remainder of the year. 
Therefore, members have until May 15, 2022 to spend a minimum of $80 + HST on food. 
The kitchen will be opened when government protocols and capacity restrictions allow us to do so.

FAQs - Protocols

Staff will be enforcing the mask policy to the best of their ability.
Section committee and Board members may also enforce.
Yes, member spectators are permitted at the club and may rotate into the game if desired. Please keep your mask on at all times. 
Not at this time. HPC will follow the government’s guidance on the definition of fully vaccinated. At this time, this means 2x vaccines. We recommend receiving your booster as soon as possible. 
Do not come to the club if you are sick. Notify the HPC office and inform them of the date you started symptoms and the date/time you were last at the club.
Please do not return to the club until 10 days after you started showing symptoms. 
 
HPC will notify section members if deemed necessary by public health guidance.
Space and capacity constraints make bar and kitchen service logistically difficult while we are trying to reduce mobility and limit staff and member contact with each other.
Out of an abundance of caution, the Board made the decision to require mask use at all times while at the club. Over the next few weeks, as we approach the next phase of the province’s re-opening framework, we will revisit all of our health and safety restrictions. 
Please scan your CurlOn QR code, same as you have previously done. 
New to this year: staff will scan your Verify Ontario QR code upon entry. Please have both QR codes ready when you enter the club.
